At the time of nomination, Christa far exceeded her annual sales goal for the entire year. By year end, it is anticipated that she will have exceeded her goal by a minimum of 17%. She works to pursue new business while retaining and growing existing business with current accounts. She develops relationships and is the "go to" person so many accounts rely on. Christa has also far exceeded the expectation of her job performance with activity goals every single month.
Christa demonstrates leadership with her diligent focus, thorough attention to detail, and the professional manner she conducts herself. She is a role model for others to follow with a high set of standards, morals, and ethics. She continues to develop her skills through personal professional development, as well as growing her skill set in revenue management, HT360, and within the HSMAI organization to see it prosper and continue to support and teach others in our community.
