During this pandemic, there is so much going on it’s sometimes hard to sort out what needs to happen next. Yet, you know that this is not the time to do nothing because these times will not last. We will be back to business “as usual”, although we don’t what “as usual” will look like. What we do know is we need to continue to make sure we are poised and ready when we are back to business.
That is what this workshop is all about. In this interactive virtual workshop, you will learn to:
· Identify and celebrate your wins. Yes, you are still having wins!
· Plant the right seeds now and build relationships

Have you ever considered what it mentally takes to always be the planner? According to the 2017 Bright Horizons Modern Family Index, working women are twice as likely to be managing the household and three times as likely to be managing their kids’ schedules as their male partners. This phenomenon is called emotional labor, a concept magnified while many women face added pressures of unemployment, job insecurity, or on the opposite side of the spectrum, work overload during the COVID-19 crisis.
